At Swift Store LLC, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• Item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.

• Items must have all original tags and packaging intact.

• Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-returnable items:

• Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

• Undergarments or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

• Gift cards

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at Swiftstore@msmrd.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will send you return instructions and a return shipping address.

3. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within [5–10 business days].

• You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size.
